Press Guidelines
1. General Rules
-Press members are requested to adhere to these guidelines and follow the instructions of the event secretariat for any press-related activities.
-Press members are required to register in advance using the press registration form.
2. Check-in
-Press members must check in at the reception and wear the designated press badge during the coverage.
-Unauthorized coverage by individuals who have not registered as press is strictly prohibited.
3. Photography
-For coverage involving photography, video recording, or audio recording, please ensure that the audience members are not captured in a way that their identities can be recognized.
-When taking photos or videos, please be considerate and ensure that it does not disrupt the progress of the event or disturb other participants. Please keep the duration of the coverage as brief as possible. During sessions, please refrain from using flash photography and battery-powered lights.
-The applicant for coverage is solely responsible for any disputes or issues arising between the interviewer and interviewee, as well as any other matters related to the coverage.
-Coverage that may infringe upon copyright or violate personal information protection will be declined. Reproduction, broadcasting, or any form of secondary usage is strictly prohibited.
-Photography within the venue should be conducted only in the designated press area.
-Only one video camera per person is allowed.
4. Other
-Press members are free to enter and leave areas where general participants can enter and leave within the venue. However, please refrain from entering the waiting room for speakers and the secretariat, or from conducting interviews.
-Please set your mobile phones and other devices to silent mode within the venue.
